I am registered to provide chilminding services for children from birth to 11 years old.

I currently have the following vacancies:

1 Space for children between ages 1 and 5

Before and after school spaces for Haddon Primary School and Carlton Central also available

I will give you a welcome pack with all the relevant information including policies, procedures and permission forms.

My working hours are flexible but do depend on which children I am currently looking after and what the family requires.

I can also provide:

• Emergency Care
• Respite Care

If needed.

I am available all year round including school holidays, I may take upto 2 weeks holiday per year.

Fees

Weekly rate -

• 7.30am to 18.00pm (Mon to Fri) – £3.60 per hour (This includes snacks and drinks)
• Before 7.30am and after 18.00pm (Mon to Fri) – £5.70 per hour
• Emergency / Bank Holiday – £6.00 per hour
• Late collection – £6.00 an hr (1/2 hour after contracted hour)

Lunch - £1.00 – per meal
Breakfast – 50p – per meal

If you are happy with my service and decide to go ahead and sign contracts, I offer 2 to 3 settling in sessions free of charge.  This enables your child to get used to the setting and me, and should make a smooth transition process.

Important Fee Information…….

• If you take a holiday or decide for your child to have a day off from setting for some reason, you will be charged to maintain your childs place.
• I will give you 4 weeks notice of any holiday I plan and there will be no fee
• If I am ill there will be no fee, however if your child is ill, full fees will be payable

Retainer

If you require me to hold a place for your child for a period of time, it may be necessary for me to ask for a retainer fee.  This will be 50% of fees but taken off your bill when starting, if you decide not to use my services then the retainer is non refundable.
